We have had incidents where the reCAPTCHA panel that looks like this
Does not show on some customers browser, this seems to be a Mozilla Firefox issue and may be related to extensions that have been added to the browser.
Here are our Suggestions:
- Use Mozilla Firefox with Add-ons Disabled by clicking the three bar menu, selecting “Help” then selecting “Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- Switching to another browser like Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer) or Chrome
