1. The Customer warrants that:-

(a) The information contained in the form is correct;

(b) The Caravan is registered for use on the road;

(c) The Caravan is roadworthy;

(d) There is no damage to the Caravan or defects in the Caravan that have not been disclosed to the valuer.

2. The Customer acknowledges that:-

(a) The valuation is prepared on the basis that a full disclosure of all information and facts which may affect the valuation has been made to the Valuer. The Valuer has relied on photographs of the Caravan and associated equipment provided by the Customer and has not made a physical inspection of the Caravan (which is recommended);

(b) The valuation has been prepared solely for the purpose of information and analysis by the Customer;

(c) The valuation report is not to be relied upon by any other person or for any other purpose other than the information for the Customer. The Valuer accepts no liability to third parties nor is this report to be relied upon by third parties;

(d) This valuation is current as at the date of valuation only. The value assessed herein may change significantly and unexpectedly over a relatively short period (including as a result of general market movements or factors specific to the caravan industry). The value may also vary due to geographical locations which may affect supply and demand and result in additional costs suchs as freight and delivery charges;

(e) The valuation has been prepared on the basis of the current market or retail value of the Caravan which is considered to be the price that a Licensed Motor (Caravan) Dealer would market and possibly sell a similar make of Caravan of similar age and condition;

(f) This is not an offer to purchase the Caravan and does not mean that the Customer would receive the amount of the valuation if the Customer were to sell or tade the Caravan;

(g) It is adviseable to have the Caravan valued each year to ensure that the Caravan is insured for an amount equivalent to its estimated replacement value at that time;

(h) The valuation does not include additional costs that may be incurred in replacing the Caravan with a similar Caravan including (but not limited to) costs such as stamp duty, freight charges, Dealer delivery charges, registration fees, transfer or registration fees, and the costs of installation of additional equipment.
